Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or requesting service from Wine Refrigeration Miami (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of this website and our services.
Scope of Services
Wine Refrigeration Miami provides diagnostics, repair, maintenance, installation support, and component replacement for wine coolers, wine refrigerators, wine cabinets, built-in wine systems, commercial wine refrigeration equipment, and wine cellar cooling systems. Services may be provided to residential and commercial customers throughout Miami, Florida and surrounding service areas.
Service Appointments
Booking Appointments
Appointments may be requested by phone, through our website, or by other available contact methods. Requested appointment times are subject to technician availability, routing schedules, and parts availability.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
On-Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the equipment being serviced. This includes access to the wine refrigeration system, surrounding cabinetry, electrical connections, ventilation areas, and any information necessary to perform the service efficiently.
Estimates and Payment Terms
Cost Estimates
When possible, an estimate will be provided before repair work begins. No additional work or replacement parts will be billed without customer approval.
Diagnostic Charges
A diagnostic fee may apply to determine the source of the issue and prepare repair recommendations. Diagnostic fees are separate from repair costs unless otherwise stated.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, and major credit cards.
Service Warranty
Labor Warranty
Labor workmanship is covered for 30 days from the date of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
Parts Warranty
Replacement parts are covered only by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. No additional parts warranty is provided unless specifically stated in writing.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to consumable materials, refrigerant, filters, fuses, access valves, drainage conditions, ventilation issues, environmental conditions, installation-related problems, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty coverage may be void if we are not notified within 24 hours of the issue returning or if we are not provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the concern.
Extended Coverage
Where applicable, extended warranty coverage requires completion of scheduled maintenance as outlined in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Wine Refrigeration Miami is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to wine spoilage, food or beverage loss, loss of business income, cabinet damage, flooring damage, countertop damage, property wear, or damages related to appliance removal, access limitations, transportation, or reinstallation.
Subcontracting Notice
Services may be performed directly by Wine Refrigeration Miami or through qualified subcontractors. We are not responsible for representations, promises, guarantees, or warranties made by third-party referral companies, contractors, property managers, or other outside entities.
Ownership of Materials
All parts, equipment, and materials supplied by Wine Refrigeration Miami remain our property until payment has been received in full.
